Vikings Luxury Buffet on Weekdays
Jessa and I celebrated our February Monthsary with a buffet lunch at Vikings. I made a reservation a few days prior via text to ensure we have a slot. The weekday rate at Vikings is cheaper compared to their weekend rate. As I browsed through the different dishes being offered, I realized that the food selections was also made “cheaper”.
Some key differences that I noticed was the following (can’t remember everything):

| Fried Chicken | Peking Duck |
| Tenderloin | Tenderloin, Leg of Lamb, Turkey, Ribeye |
| No Sushi Boat | Sushi Boat |
| No Scallops | Scallops |
Well, that’s a PHP400 difference between weekday and weekend rates.
Still, it didn’t stop us from enjoying our lunch date and our Monthsary together. One thing Jessa likes is to do plating with her food and that’s something she can achieve when we eat at buffets. As for me, I have no patience on those so I just put what I want to eat, take a quick picture and munch away like a boss.
