[Vendors Needed] The Venetian Market at Venice Piazza
There’s an upcoming food bazaar that will be held late May to August and the theme would be European. It will be located at Venice Piazza, McKinley Hill and they are in need of food maker and sellers who specialize in the following.
| Pizza & Pasta | Pizza, pasta (ravioli, penne, fettucini), rice dishes (risotto, paella), bread (focaccia, baguette, bagel) |
| Grilled/Rotisserie Section | Roast chicken, lamb, ribeye steak, turkey, Angus beef, kebab, barbecue |
| Seafood and Deli | Deli meats (prosciutto, pancetta, salami), cheese, seafood (lobster, oysters, caviar, crab) |
| Organic Produce | Vegetables, fruits, nuts, herbs and spices, olive oil, packed salads, homemade jams, dips, sauces |
| Cakes, Pastries and Desserts | Cakes, pastries, milk, milk tea, yogurt, gelato |
| Wine and Brews | Wine, mixed cocktails, imported beer, specialty coffee and tea |
| Packed goods | Tapas/snacks and delicacies (foie gras, pickled olives, chips) |
