Tokyo Tokyo Bento Lunch

Tokyo tokyo is a Japanese cuisine fast food restaurant that serves bento boxes, tempura, maki and Japanese burgers (relatively new). When Jessa and I had our lunch here, we ordered their bento boxes (well I did while she went for the non-bento version).

California Maki – PHP 45

Honey Chicken Teriyaki – PHP 100

A twist to the teriyaki flavor as it has a spicy kick! The skin was more crunchy thanks to the teriyaki sauce they used and it comes in many bite size servings. Those were the key differences I noticed between the Honey Chicken Teriyaki versus the Best! Chicken Teriyaki.

Beef Misono Bento – PHP 175

There’s a PHP 50 difference between the bento version and non-bento version. For that PHP 50, you will get drinks, soup and dessert. Since we already have the teriyaki flavor, I opted for the non teriyaki version of the beef; beef misono. It is not sweet but it had this flavor that I liked to savor in every spoonful. It really goes well with rice and it’s a good thing that Tokyo Tokyo offers unlimited rice on its rice meals.

It was a fulfilling lunch at Tokyo Tokyo and a place that I’d go back to. I still have to try their Best! Chicken Teriyaki and their burgers!
