Happy Birthday Achi Michelle!
Yesterday, we had a buffet lunch at Days Hotel, Iloilo and it was really good! There were a a lot of choices available ranging from appetizers, main courses, salad, soup, BBQ grill and of course, desserts! What I like about their buffet is their selection of desserts that even if you did not get much from the main courses, you can still go home happy with sweets.
Some highlights:
- Barbeque – you have your choice of chicken, pork, beef and liver (iron)
- Fried Halo Halo – this was the first time I saw this dish. Basically, halo halo ingredients wrapped in lumpia wrapper and fried.
- Desserts desserts desserts!
