Racks: Rib Dinner
The first time I dined in Racks, it was on my birthday and it was only because Yakimix lunch schedule was ending. But after that experience, Racks has been on the top of my list when I suddenly have cravings for delicious ribs that falls off the bone. On this specific Saturday, I had such a craving so we went to the nearest branch of Racks which was at Paseo de Magallanes.
When ordering at Racks, I would suggest that you try out ordering individually because you will get two side dishes per order. However, if you are not fond of their side – dishes (which they have a lot of choices), you can order their family platter (see sample order here) for group meals.
Racks Classic Pork Ribs (Half Rack) – PHP 455

A big serving that’s already good enough for two/three and it comes in two pieces so you can easily share it. It had a lot of pork on it with a few parts of fat here and there and it was very easy to slice. However, at the end and due to the big serving, it became hard to finish and this is where their barbeque sauce comes to the rescue to add more flavor to it.
Racks Baby Ribs (Half Slab) – PHP 380
with broccoli and cheese and cheesy macaroni as the side orders
This was my favorite before and after eating it again, it reminded me why. This had more flavor when you compare it to the classic ribs. I also felt the opposite because I wanted more and more but all I see in my plate are bones.
Happy to say that the craving was satisfied! 7
