Buffet 101 Actual
After showing you what Buffet 101 can offer (Buffet 101 Selections 1 / Buffet 101 Selections 2), let me now show you what we picked and ate to our stomach’s content.
Sashimi and salad to jump start your stomach.
I tried a few of the dim sum and dumplings. I recommend their siomai as it was very delicious! Their Hainanese chicken was also good even without the sauces (as I don’t know how to make one). I’m still sad that they don’t have Peking duck and they just used roast chicken wrapped in mandarin pancakes.
Seafood all you can! If you loved these baked oysters/mussels and then you will be happy in this section.
This was surprisingly good and it comes in a rawr-eat-like-caveman serving size.
Meat all you can! I suggest you go with the tenderloin and the prime rib. When ordering the prime rib, be careful with the number of slices you specify. The serving above was only meant to be five (5) slices but we got more than that (around 3-4 pcs per slice).
Wow on the presentation of this crepe.
We had a lot of fun at Buffet 101 and I would love to return here even for their carving station as they do have a lot of choices. I also liked their shakes and I have tried all 3 (watermelon, pineapple and papaya) and pineapple was my favorite.
